Pushy mobile phone sales call and would not go away even after I made it clear that I wasn t interested in up-grading or changing contracts. In the end I had to just hang up. These calls are always a worry as they may phone my mum or elderly neighbours.

I had a call from this number and was instantly suspicious. I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money. Like most people, I am suspicious of individuals whose language skills are a lot less than mine and have a heavy accent. Automated call, said failure to respond would result in charges against me, gave me a case number, seemed to be to do with national insurance, wanted me to press one. I hung up.
