Clearly reading from a set script, asking about my home improvements - when firmly pushed, said the 'company' was "Homes Advice". Call appears to be from North of Manchester, nowhere near me. Recorded call that states there is urgent news about your pension bonus-how stupid do they think we are! I have had a number of these calls over the last couple of weeks. Dialing 1471 gives this number 0161 752 0020. I have not contacted this number nor will I, this is quite obviusly a scam of some sort.
Just called, 13:15pm 26th March 2021 01484234296 automative voice, long pause before talking. Said I was involved in a car tax scam and I should call by pressing whichever number I forget now. If I didn't get in touch I would be arrested immediately. I believe it's a scam a HMS tax as they state they are would not call using an auto voice caller . we'll see!

Fed up getting calls from numbers who don't answer when I pick up.
They asked for my wife - using her maiden name and we ve been married for 11 years, where do they get their info from?! Apparently 01234 339 numbers are allocated to BT, who in turn have sublet them to rogue operators like this. Anyroad: add this no. to your blocklist. You can t live without a phone with nuisance call protection nowadays.
