Advised that he is based in Dakar, Bangladesh and that they use an automatic dialler with my telephone number being obtained from an opt-in database. NEVER call unknown numbers back. If you do so, you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will incur a large charge on your bill.
This is a computer generated voice (sounds like Mel B from the Spice Girls) and operated by someone typing the answers……why is Russia calling????? Can only be for one purpose to exploit a scam and fraud…….do not engage ….hang up tell them to get a life and new job…..happy hunting comrade…????
Received a phone call from this Number and a guy called Matthew just answered telling me that I've had an installation done and suddenly the line dropped. Anyway, the line was really bad and he did not called back again. On the phone screen it appeared with the writing INTERNATIONAL along with the number.
