Rang me claiming to be from ‘social housing’, I queried which one and she said ‘the council’. Told her to stop harassing me and she starts saying ‘you’re no one, who do you think you are telling me what to do’. She not so politely got told where to go.

AO aggressive aftersales, using a no-doubt masked number. Female caller asked me to confirm my personal details - I refused given they had called me! It was framed to confirm my order, but was essentially a very sharp practice way to try and sell insurance. I asked if there was an issue with my order - she said 'no' very unconvincingly. I then asked if it was a service or a sales call - very reluctant to answer so hung up. I think this sort of pseudo cold calling does businesses such as AO.com reputational

Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. He also said he was the owner of the business.

This company relates to OAKMOUNT AND PARTNERS LIMITED - Reg No. 07101464 who are fraudsters been scamming people into fake investments such as Carbon Credits, Oil, Metal etc since 2009 that don't exist. They will steal your money in order to feed their lives, you will not receive any returns only complete lies. If you have invested and paid into any of their accounts please contact your local police asap. These fraudsters are also using various fake addresses across Essex.

Phoned purporting to be from my bank (spoofed number) . An automated call saying that two unusual transactions had been made on my card , one of £300 to Amazon and another of £400 on a money transfer. Then proceeded to give ‘ press 1’, ‘press 2 ‘ instructions. I just blocked the number. This is a SCAM! AVOID engaging with them!
