Answered the call. Noone spoke. Just a lot of background office noise for about a minute and then the call ended.

(NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today. Indian mobile phone scammer. Pretending to be from Caroline Warehouse, demanding to know which model of phone I own. Told her it was illegal to call this number as registered with telephone preference service and she continued aggressively talking over me demanding to know which phone I owned.
SCAM. Automated voice message with a female voice used. Reported to be from Inland Revenue and Customs, and claimed that it was vital that I (or my solicitor) phoned the number back. Threatened drastic legal action if I didn't comply. Hung up immediately after.

Asked to speak with my manager, I asked who they were and where they were calling from, advised his name was Sam from British Gas then proceeded to discuss N Power, I asked him to verify the company. After much back and "fourthing"he advised he was from "Duel Fuel" and his name was Jamal. Then he asked what was the company he has called an our number!! Very odd
