They claim to be "Road Traffic Management" and that they can get you additional compensation for a RTA you've had. They also claim to have got your details from the MIB (Motor Insurance Database), but when pushed they claim that all they were given was your phone number and the fact that your vehicle had been in an accident in the last five years that wasn't your fault. They came up as on my phone as "Netring" with a red flag by it.. I didn't answer... (never do if unknown/unexpected) So I googled "Netring" and the phone number correlates.. https://netring.co.uk/pages/support/ I'd say more marketing but to what end?? Steer clear.
The call was from Smart Employee Eye Care. This made sense as I had just requested an Eye care voucher through work.

Claimed to be from the postcode lottery saying I had won, since I don’t do the lottery I hung up on the call suspecting to be a SCAM
SPAM checking on Google the number appears to belong to Niagra Heathcare in Crawley. There is no reason for them to be calling me, we rarely use our landline and would not have given out this number.

Apparently won £750 voucher from Tescos obviously bogus and a scam. Didn't click link or do scything but block it. Some day people may not fall for this rubbish.
Safe number noticed this number once every month on my telephone bill with a monthly charge of 14p. Turns out it is an automatic test call from PPP Taking Care alarm which we have for elderly mother. Called them to ask why we are being charged as we pay a quarterly handling charge. They very kindly switched this to a freephone number so no more charges.
