I have been called on a few occasions from RB but fortunately, until now I have been out and my answering machine off. There are several negative comments with regard to this number, but I have to say that I am grateful for the call as they are in fact a company that are used by dentists that leave a recorded message reminding you of your appointment. I can understand some of the negative comments, but that is not the fault of the company as they can only respond to the telephone number entered and it only takes one digit to be mistyped for the wrong person to receive the call.
