I got a call from them querying a legitimate transaction. They are genuine, however they annoyed me greatly by taking an age to load my account and kept me on hold for longer than I liked whilst they looked into it. For a fraud department I would have liked them to have been way quicker.
Called claiming to be BT informing me that someone was accessing my Internet. Asked me for all my log on details. I asked hI'm for his name "Shawn" Daniels and was even give a ref number. Obvious scam. Beware.
