Had a call from Maria, sounded really nice. Offered me a loyalty based price on my DGI Insurance for 3 years £150.00. Said she had my bank details and gave me my card number first 4 digits and asked if I would confirm the rest and expiry date. I did this and then she asked for the number on the back. I declined and have now cancelled my card. Not sure if this is a scam but not prepared to take the chance.

Yet another in a string of debt management companies trying to trace someone who has never been known at this address. As fast as we stop calls from one company, another seems to take over the challenge!!

They will never stop calling you for a lifetime should you answer their call once. That is so annoying. I was at some point considering their services, but not after that phone call harassment which never ends. This is a very unpleasant experience. Don t pick up their calls ever. That s my sincere advice to you. Linode is cheaper and faster anyway!

This firm does NOT make unsolicitored calls and we believe it is a claims management company based in Liverpool possibly called First Response. Their number is similar to ours. Their number is 0151 375 9854. They hang up when called. This call came in, apparently from responding to a text. Never respond to text, reported to the OFT, MOJ and FSA. Rude guy said I must have responded drunk... This is a heavily regulated industry and they are in breach of every rule... The caller didn t give her name even though I asked. She said she wanted to speak to Mrs (name not understood) when I asked her to repeat I still didn t know who she was asking for, but for sure not my name. I said she had a wrong number and she hung up.
