Asked if I wanted to make a will, said I had one. Went on and on trying to get all my info and being pretty forceful. I kept saying I wasn t interested and I m busy, ended up having to hang up on them.

I was threatened to seek a PPI claim, or have my legs broken . Unprofessional & unnerving.

Recorded message on my house phone saying serious legal suit against me from HMRC. EM don't think so matey I work for HMRC no way do they operate in this way.

I am local to Wrexham and have recently had 4 local numbers that have called me whose numbers I don t recognize so have left the calls go to answer phone but shortly after my answer phone message starts, they hang up. They are probably all from the same organization all calling from different numbers. Steve Star from some company offering legal advice and help. Asked if I d had an accident in the last 2.5 years or if someone in the family had. I asked him for the source of the information on me. He asked me what I meant? I said that if he was saying I had an accident , he must have some information on me and in that case, I had a right to know the source. He said " we help people , that s what we do" then he hung up - very helpful!!
