this number has called me around 3 times a day for a couple of weeks usually 2 rings then they hang up

This is a company to do with loans. They left me a voicemail but I didn't catch the company name.

Called today, call centre in Halifax called Reactive Life, selling wills and funeral plans (something to do with Golden Charter?)

Got this call abroad at least 3 times. Picked up out of curiosity, no one said anything and hung up. Definitely untrustworthy for me

Apparently I'd had an 'accident' recently that was not my fault. As I was in my car, I had bad reception and phone went dead.
