On answering all I heard was some music there was no reply to my asking who was calling. Annoying and possibly dangerous scam call

3 mobile customer services called me from this number and it was simply to confirm some security details regarding an online order for a contract mobile phone.

Male voice with mild local accent (ie British) addressed me by name but spoke too quickly for me to identify his name / company. Started to talk about 'Goverment Scheme'.
