I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. 01606721310 called my landline today 13/12/22 at 9:10am. Picked up the call and got a pre-recorded message from an American sounding female voice informing me that I had placed an order with AMAZON for gift cards to the value of £700. If I wished to question or check it to dial 1 or 2. This is clearly a SCAM after my banking details as I have not purchased anything from Amazon. I therefore class this call to my landline as DANGEROUS

I do not have bt broadband - BT can not technically supply it on this old rural line. I get b/band via radio link frmo an idependent provider which has nothing to do with BT. Guy said he was from BT technical department! WHat rubbish. He even sent me a pin to agree computer access. I advised him he as a nasty little scammer adn then hung up.
