These people pretend to be calling from Microsoft, telling you they have detected a virus on your computer, and if you don t let them help you and follow their instructions your computer will break down, they generally call you back if they feel you fit their demographic, which is elderly and vulnerable. They want access to your computer, do not tell them anything, report them.

Missed call from 07529631402 on my 'spare' phone that I only use for online word games and whose number I have only given to O2 during a top-up to maintain the £5 monthly bundle. No one else should know the phone number, unless it has been recycled from a while ago (who knows how long that might be?) or the call may have originated from a phone dialler which was just workjng its way through a sequence.

Just need to know who tried to call me as am on holiday in Spain and don't want to waste money on receiving unwanted calls but don't want to miss anything important. ...

Calls under the guise of senior citizens but obviously to sell vitamins etc...I have asked them to remove my number from their call list and they have refused...I have also told them to keep my number on their call list and to keep on calling me is now a crime and I am prepared to report them ALL to Ofcom...why can t they get honest jobs like the rest of us...seriously I do not need advice on vitamins...I could give you advice...cretins

Pest callers like this should be taken out and shot at dusk and then their bodies burnt and the warmth harvested to provide heat for the elderly.

Almost certainly a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers and originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. Block the number if you have the facility.

This number 01855790593 was on my phone they did not leave a message so I have not a clue who it is.
