I called NatWest on their official telephone banking number who confirmed that this is an automated fraud prevention text alert. It was used to verify a suspicious transaction on my account with a simple Yes or No reply to the text. They state they will never ask for personal details on a text. Genuine number.

Asian men, today he said he was phoning me from Future Trends and would only ask me 2 questions. asked if I was Mr ----- I said yes then asked me if the address he gave was mine, I said yes and he went on to ask me further questions. He encourages clients to cooperate, provides personal analysts whose main task is to gain the client's trust, and then reset clients' accounts and take their deposits. They have an IFMRRC license - which is not worth much, and certainly does not protect the client's interests. Lexatrade is not authorized to conduct brokerage activities in European countries. They are blacklisted by KNF and CNMV.
