Claims I had an accident, and that they were passed a file from the National Accident Helpline. When I said that doesn t exist, they got very abusive. Do not answer - they re sad scammers.

Claimed to be a Michael from BT Telecom informing me that there was an issue with my router. I was suspicious of this caller as I had experienced no problems with by broadband or router. I terminated this call.

They called me 4 times in a row just now and they call me nearly everyday. I don’t want to answer because I’m not sure if it’s safe, or if they’re genuine.
