This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. Ethnic gentalman offering Medic alarm personal system for free when challenged suddly came up as only £39. 00p per month for 1st 6 months (Not exactly free) try to confuse me with medical science I am a retired Paramedic so when I presented some possible medical situations using medical words the phone went silent. DO NOT fall for this as the system he was offering is free under NHS for vulnerable.
