Asian sounding guy, rabbiting at speed about who I was and telling me my details, barely caught a word, then says BT will call to save me money on my Telephone and Broadband, then hung up immediately, never asked was I interested in any possible savings, not even the basic pleasantries of asking how I was etc... Just quick fire rabbit rabbit rabbit, BT will call me, click, all I can say is, if this was anything to do with BT, they are now less likely to be getting my business than they were before.

Called me saying they had information I had been in a car accident. I asked who had informed them and she disregarded my question to ask her own. I then stated that if she couldn t answer the question then we couldn t speak further, so she hung up. I hope she sleeps well at night knowing that her entire platform of employment is based upon being a nuisance.

Called and like others, reported to be from Microsoft, said that they had the serial number of windows that was reporting that my computer was being hacked as we spoke by a criminal gang (how ironic!) and that they were from an agency who needed to stop the gang by stemming the flow through my PC.....Said we know an IT expert who we would ask to take a look ourselves, he (called himself Peter Wilson) said that an expert would not be able to find it. Some idiots calling me - surely companies should be banned from this ridiculous practice. No point telling them to remove my name from your records , they don t hold records! They just buy a load of phone numbers and go through them til some mug gives them money.

Never answered, calls me at 10.15 ish am every Monday have blocked it multiple times still manages to get through!
