This was actually just an automated BT text-to-landline service telling me the time slot for my Costco parcel delivery that I was expecting, so this was completely legit for me. It will try ringing you several times until you listen to the text message so just listen and it will stop. However, as it's a generic BT service it is open to abuse but I would advise against blocking it because the message delivery service itself is not a scam, just be aware though that the message you receive could be bogus.
Has rung me at least once a day for several days/weeks!, frankly getting very frustrated as no message ever left.

I was more than willing to leave a message telling them not to ring me but their mailbox was full! Iperhaps they are trying a different tack by creating nuisance calls to then ring you offering a services to get rid of them. Highly suspicious!
