Recorded message claiming to be from Amazon informing me there was activity on my card £700 they had Stopped my card and to press'1' to update. I presume this is a scam call as no more Amazon or bank queries.

Indian man who claimed to be from EE then claimed to be calling on behalf of all major mobile carriers and listed Virgin, O2, Vodaphone etc, demanded repeatedly my phone bill. Sounded hostile and claimed to be offering a 40% discount. The sound of chatter could be heard in the background. Block this number. The British government really needs to do more to safeguard citizens from whatever fraud they had planned.

Two calls within 5 minutes of each other from different landlines with an automatic voice stating a verification code. I was sent this after being sent a verification code from vinted.

Said that my Bank card had been used twice today and if it was not me gave me the stale ring 1 or ring 2 options. Have not called them back and have no intention of doing so. Scammers. An indian man called saying he is from Sky broadband and needs to check something about the security of the connection. He asked if I had an android phone where I could download a specific app (TeamViewer QuickSupport or AnyDesk Remote Desktop). If you install these apps they will try to get remote access to your phone and will steal everything they can. Just hang up and report the number.

I believe that someone called me from this number was trying to con me. I was told that my bill was being reduced by two pound. I simply said ok thank you and hung up. This call came out of the blue and I live by the phrase if it comes to you out of the blue, it's not for you.
