4 calls in the last 24 hours asking the same question. The first two times, the same person, then a different one who has the same details, and then another with dwindling quality in customer service etiquette as each call is received.

NB: WHY would a GLOBAL company be calling me from same Area Code!? Probably to panic people into giving out personal details (ie Bank info)!!! They are working good, they got my info as they already have they verified me and have sent me the legal documents on my door address, i read carefully and signed them regarding my car accident they did not charge a single penny out of my pocket and provided me the compensation money within 8 working days. I would rate it positive.
