Company talking about government (i.e. taxpayer!) grants first called me ten months ago. Their website is www.esiscotland.co.uk/ Reported to TPS and ICO. Just had another call from this number today - ESI Scotland again. What are the TPS and ICO playing at? They should be hammering these lawbreakers. I will be asking qustions of the TPS and ICO.

Missed Call - Called Back - And the same PPI S**t. The lady started off asking personal details, which I didn t reveal and asked what it is about. She doesnt want to listen when I said I am not interested and she can take off my name from her database. Am now receiving atleast 1-2 calls a day and 3-4 sms messages from various people/companies and I think it has crossed the limits to be tagged as harassment. Am not sure what OFCOM is doing about it.

I didn't bother listening to the full message - I heard enough to know it was a pathetic criminal trying to scare people into handing them either personal data or money. Called at 5:15pm 6.7.23. Calling about solar panels being installed in your area and are you the owner of the house. I didn't go any further, just said 'Goodbye' and put the 'phone down. I am pretty sure that had I held on they would have wanted to arrange to come and see property about installing solar panels. I class this as 'dangerous' especially if they get through to vulnerable persons.

Automated call From local number. Message said fraudulent transaction has been found on VISA, press 1 to cancel this transaction. After hanging up at this point, the caller appeared to stay on the line for a couple of minutes to catch me making an outgoing call to my bank. Verified this by calling my landline from a mobile which rang engaged, a short time later I tested my landline again and it was clear.
