A legit company is linked to the full number I.e (0)122 etc but it's displaying at +44. I answered one call and no one spoke, no background noise, because I didn't initiate a Coversation, they cleared, I blocked the number, I've checked my blocklist, they attempted to call me two more times after,

Scam and/or phishing attempt. It attempted to get me to message the phone number via WhatsApp. The person had sent an SMS from another number (07566706069) claiming to have dropped their phone down the toilet and that they’d instantly acquired a new phone. They asked me to message specifically via WhatsApp (???). This is the fourth message I’ve had this week, from a variety of unknowns, being asked to message a new number by someone claiming to have lost/damaged their phone.

This number called me, I am located in south of England, at 1251 local time (GMT) informing me my Internet would be turned off within one hour and offered me various people to talk to in order to avoid this. It sounds very much like a scam for either hacking my system, or extracting money from my account. I would suggest this number is potentially a scam and should be upgraded to rating 8, 9 or 10.

Everyone should beware that there are many fake Crypto mining/clouding platform out there, I have been a victim of this circumstance but now a very good blockchain consultant and I know much better in this field. This is a scam number which charges a premium rate at 3. 60 per minute to connect you to a service, they will likely put you on hold to music to make as much money as possible. Do not be duped into calling this number. Before calling any phone number, double check the website’s URL to ensure it definitely belongs to your provider - 0333 numbers are the standard call rate 0903 are premium rates.
