I have asked them three times to delete my contact details under the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and they simply get abusive. SPAM - Home Appliance Serve. Regarding appliance warranty extensions, but didn't know which unit she wanted to talk about. She also didn't know if they are registered in the UK.
TAXES / HMRC Threatening hoax call saying they were from the inland revenue and that there was a problem with national insurance contributions.
Utilities Said they were from Virgin media, Indian Accent, knew my name. Said they wanted to make sure is was getting the best service then asked for first line of address and post code, which i didn't give. My view is that if I felt I wasn't getting a good service then I would contact them. All in all an unwanted call.
