Someone alleging our IP address has been hacked. Suggested we press 1 to talk to an engineer. I just held on to the line without acting or speaking. They rang off.

Absolutely disgusting!! He was screaming down the phone at me telling me how rude I was and calling me all the names under the sun just because I told him that I don t have time to take a sales call and could he please email any info he has through for me to look at! I told him not to call again and blocked the number from calling. When I tried to call back to speak to a manager to complain there is no answer! So angry!!

False accident claims. When I asked to be removed from calling list the caller shouted f#@k of you kn@b and hung up.

Got called at the beginning of a lecture, didn t know the number and quickly declined before looking it up. Seems O2 isn t 100% scammer-free, but it s a whole lot better than Vodafone.

I m reporting them and have also told them by text.Even tough I have them on autoreject calls show up!! Harrassment.They do not answer calls funnily enough, they call up to 8 times a day.They are going down! !

This is a scam where they pretend to be BT and will give you te above number to call with an id code to verify their authenticity. They tell you they want to shut down your Broadband for 5 days due to errors - blah blah. Probably after they will try to get access to your pc in some way. Don t know cos I crashed out and phoned BT who said it was a scam.

Also used a comparison site for van insurance - they have phoned three times today, the first time I answered, no one there so I am ignoring from now on. I also will not be using comparison sites either.
