Fed up of receiving calls from this number. When you ask them to stop calling, they don t and carry on.

Called from Talk Talk Tech department to say to say a there is problem with our router. He required access to our PC. We are not talk talk customers and these calls are now coming in at a rate of 4 or 5 per day

There should be no reason why a member of staff would have hung up as we only respond to people who ask us to call them or who we already work with, so I can only assume this was a mistake. Called to tell me that my computer was running slow and offered to take control of my laptop to show me how to cure the problem. I kept pestering HER with various questions in the middle of her "spill" eventually she hang up. Anyone reading this NEVER let anyone take control of your computer from a "cold" telephone call....

Picked up the phone and an automated voice said "this is a message from....." there was a number but they said it so quickly I couldn t take it down. The message was "are you online for real?". No idea what it meant and I wasn t online at the time
