Called and didn t leave a voicemail - No idea on the area as I have never encountered this area code before

I answered and no one spoke- I could hear it was a busy call centre environment and so I hung up. It seems suspicious but I don't know for sure.

I opened an account in FX brokers called STOCK.COM. I had a telephone from here several hours later. However, I did not go to the telephone because I did not understand this number.
