Fraud SPAM SCAM tried to ring me 3 times but my call blocker flagged them up as unsafe so declined there calls but they rang back straight away again & again & again I know of nobody in or around the london area so this number has now been reported to my network as a scammer & blocked fully from ringing my mobile ever again!

This call is from the Visa Debit Fraud pretending there is a pending transaction of £900 and to press one if this is not a transaction you recognise. I never pressed one, but I suspect if they did my bank details would have been requested. I checked with my bank there are no pending transactions

A man rang from this number, I think he said from PAC - had my name and said I had been advised by a financial adviser to move my pension. When I asked where he got this information, he said from Pensionwise. As far as I am aware Pensionwise do not have such information. I said I had not seen a financial advisor or been advised to move my pension. The man was very polite and rang off. I was suspicious and think it could have been a dangerous if I had shared financial info.

No clue didn't leave message hung up looks suspicious like dodgy numbers had prior similar number some trying to get bank info

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. 01614646608 Thickly-accented, hardly intelligible Asian person, claiming to be EE; and offering 40% discount on new phone or contract. Strongly suspect this is a scammer phone because (a) we don't believe EE employs phone sales people who cannot speak clearly in English, and (b) it's a new unsearched, unreported number, so unlikely to be EE.

A scam. I think. Asking me to ring back re two payments from Visa card. Careful out there.

SCAM sounded like a genuine call from Virgin Media about internet problems. Said their server had been receiving errors from my hub. Suspicious when they started asking me what apps I ran on my phone. Even more suspicious when they wanted me to download remote control software so they 'could show me the problem ' Noticeable change in tone when I said I was an IT professional. Hung up the phone and called Virgin who confirmed they'd never ask someone to download software.

I received an automated voice call from this number, telling me that they were from my Internet provider and my Internet services will be disconnected due to illegal use. They requested me to "press 1 to speak to an advisor" but I hung up. I then returned the call from my landline and received an automated reply telling me that nobody was available to take my call. Obviously a scam, so beware!

SCAM - just called me at 11pm UK time, from a number I do not recognise on a number that I *do not* give out to anyone!!

This number ends in 408 not 409 every time I ring it its busy so I am presuming its a scam so beware
