A person with a strong Indian accent answers and in short they invite you to settle out of court. I suspect that the caller is not UK based but is using some relay of sorts to make calls appear to be UK based. i do not like the way this company operates. Service reps do nott turn up for appointments and when they eventually do so they try aggressive sales techniques to get you to enter a contract even though they have been told not at the outset that I do not want one. Still waiting for a replacement light after 4 months. Also the last person that came stank so much of nicotine I had to use my inhaler twice. Not impressed.

Automated message on answerphone saying that it's hmrc with a serious lawsuit big giveaway is that if hmrc were to proceed with a lawsuit 1 it wouldn't be over the phone and 2 they wouldn't wish you a blessed day at the end of the message. F£&@ing stupid scam artists number now blocked.
