As I received 5 different calls this morning all from seemingly fictitious numbers I will assume this one is also a spam caller. Thank heavens for BT Call Guard which records the number calling but does not let the caller disturb you.

Haven’t answered any calls but have been calling at least once a day if not twice for the last week. Really starting to do my head in, they never leave a message and from what I’ve read may be a huge scam. Number is now going to be blocked.

I have had 2 calls from this number in the last 3 days. They failed 2 leave a message on my answer machine.In the past I was trusting/stupid enough 2 believe the great deal offered by the BT sales man. The promises were not honoured in the actual contract & BT denied offering the original deal so I changed to another company asap.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14138002xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with telemarketing calls - Scottish Power, debts and loans... Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Lisa rang wanted £95 for advertising dance classes on st Neots surgery appt cards. I took her number and she did admit that she wasn t local. Not surprised it a a scam but she wasn t rude at all
called and said router was having problems and would offer £200 as compensation. then when did the bank transfer they made a 'mistake' and transferred £2,000. as a gesture of goodwill they would only ask for £700 back. this was transferred by Moneygram (I know - caught my partner when unwell and not thinking straight). also took over my laptop and remotely accessed who knows what. SCAM. Talktalk will never call you. don't tell the scammers anything. Police and Talktalk aware.
