A man, Asian accent and couldn't catch his name. Said he was calling from Calamity Advice Company about a recent accident I had. When I asked for his website he hung up. Not sure where this would have led, but an obviously unsolicited call to my mobile which may have ended up being fraudulent.

I've had 3 calls today from this number and 2 yesterday. Not impressed as I work nights! I've blocked them now.
Almost certainly Handicare or their suppliers Companion Stairlifts. Based up in Leeds in same building with their advocate company Age UK. Not scammers but if you deal with these people make sure you specify everything you insist on in any hardware and also list stuff that you would like, even if they eventually can't do it, and ask for feedback. Make sure any hardware is FULLY TESTED, SAFE AS HOUSES and FIT FOR PURPOSE before signing off any agreement.
