They have rang me 3 times in a day they want to speck to me so I said it?s neil I said what is it regarding they said we can?t give it out that information with out passing a security check so I said Stop calling me I am not interested in anything and I put the phone down
Difficult to understand, just kept repeating he was from Surrey County Council, and quoting my name and address. When I said I wasn t convinced he was from the council and I asked if I could call him back he cut me off!

called asking for my name, identified as Cap Quest, only when I said it was me, then when I asked what the company do, she wanted me to go through a security check, I said no and ended the call. This is how these people con others, do not fall for this.
