I missed a no caller ID call from Dundee city council, the person gave me this number to call back on. I'm immediately greeted by an American automated voice giving me options to which I decide to hold for assistance cuz none of them mean anything to me. I don't type or do anything but an English automated voice comes on says "sorry I didn't get that", this repeats indefinitely.. pretty sus for a number that's meant to be the counsel. Fraud I enquired about a pension transfer from the Netherlands to UK and cot contacted by Online Mortgage Advisor (OMA) dsiplaying this nr. I have not been further contacted and I can't get in contact with OMA either as the nr is not callable, which is a breach with OFCOM regulations.
There was silence on the other end, could be to listen to your voice and use it for scams

Beware of possible malicious of Fraudsters trying to call you. I answered this call on my phone but no one replied on the other end when i said Hello. 01560 485445 This number has now been permanently blocked on my phone. Don't answer unless you know for definite who is calling you. Just my advice.

SCAM This is a scam operation. An older lady calls to tell you that they have confirmed advertising space in local hospital/ school publication. These publications don't exist. They invoice and use factoring companies. We were stung for around £250 previously. Not heard from them in a couple of years so they've obviously started up again. Just hang up.
