Scam. Laura Calling from PHMG Manchester to talk to your boss, because she met him at a conference hosted by some website she was fishing for his information. When you ask for some extra details to further direct her call, she will accuse you of being rude and tell you that you have lost her business. Which of course you never had because they do not exist. Also located in Canada...not the UK.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363449xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance claims, PPI, accident chasers. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
