Numerous calls recieved from this number, every time it either rings off after serveral rings or if picked up promptly there is no comment from the caller and the line goes dead. I do not waste my call charges by phoning back. Very great shame I cannot block the number from calling on our handset.

Received this call. Computer voice said it was HMRC, then call was cut-off when I spoke. I did a 1471 and noted number. I DID NOT call the number back in case of high rate call back scam (NEVER return a telephone call, as you may very well end up being charged a high premium rate cost!!!)

I ve been receiving daily calls from this number for the last 1.5 months, I tried answering at first, asking them to remove me from their database. Then I got calls with no message/answer at the other end. In the end I blocked them using my mobile phone block service, however in the last week, I ve received a number of "private number" calls, which I happen to have missed - but when checking last night noticed that they ve all come either at the same time or 1 minute later than a blocked call from 01942
