"Microsoft" scam, claims she's from Microsoft and there's a problem with my computer and wants to take over my computer to put it right (she must of thought was born yesterday!) so played along with her for a few minutes before calling her a scammer and that there is nothing wrong with my computer. The number identifies the message as RoyalMail contacting me. The mispelling of Royal Mail is reason enough to be suspiciouss. The asked me to click a link to redirect me to a web page to arrange delivery of a parcel they couldn't deliver. I have nothing on order and I am sure Royal Mail would not mispell their own name or contact me from a mobile. 100% a scam if like my elderly mother, you now look these strange numbers up online before responding.

Suspicious. Claims to be from Hermes saying that they tried to deliver a parcel at a particular time and giving a web site to rearrange delivery. At the time they said they tried to deliver two of us were at home and would certainly have noticed an attempted delivery. The web site they give is www.findmyhermes.com/myhermes.
Have just received a mobile call from this number I was told that it was an Energy Survey Company and were they speaking to the right person. I told them 'no' and told them to remove my number off their phone list. I don't quite know how they can phone mobile numbers from a mobile phone list as mobile numbers are unique and lists are not available and at no point should they be passed on!
