Claimed to be from The Pensions Service and said he had details that my pension had not be reviewed for the past 6 months. I asked him how he would have this information and surprise - surprise the phone went dead.

Call center for surveys, i answered and the lady was pleasant and asked how may day was,i advised it was ok and she said she needed to ask me some questions, i said i was very buys and could she call back later, she started to reel of my name and address off and i again said im very buys and can she call back later to which she got very angry and accused me of wasting her time and then hung up, i tried to call back to speak to someone regarding this and the number just rings out, number blocked

Just got an automated call claiming to be HMRC (clearly not) and saying I had a tax fraud against me. I needed to push 1 to acknowledge or they would issue the fraud letter. I hang up.

Someone claiming to be from Amazon has rung me twice using this number, but to me, I just did not seem at ease with the call at all.
Think carefully before returning calls to any number that you don’t know. There have been stories about people being tricked into calling premium rate numbers.
JUST HAD A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND WHEN ASKED WHAT COMPANY IT WAS THEY HUNG UP BE CAREFUL.
