"We re calling because Unite the union has arranged for all of its members to have a free PPI check". Haven t heard of this from the union. He didn t give his company name. To be fair, he was pleasant and said thanks and goodbye as soon as I said I wasn t interested. Blocked the number now.

Call received today - Automated message - to advise me that my National Insurance number had been compromised and involved in illegal activities and to press option 1 to speak to an 'officer' and that I was about to be arrested. May be taken seriously by an elderly or vulnerable person
