actual person rang but as soon as he mentioned "claim" I hung up
Scam - they pretend to be from department of work and pensions and threatening legal action "your national insurance number has been used for fraud..." etc

Accident claim scam. Claimed to be Emma Mackintosh from Proficient Helpline. When asked if they d ever heard of the Telephone Preference Service or Ofcom, she replied no.

Cancelled SKY after 16 years as it just became too expensive on my pension. Now they call me everyday. easy to block though if you want to -but I enjoy talking to them and wasting their time.
