Silent call with the addition that whatever you say gets thrown back at you via a feedback loop.
"Accident Claims Company" have reported to ICO and TPS before but they keep calling, albeit from different numbers. They need shutting down.
Safe number, they sold me some domains which has boosted my sales considerably, I would recommend to anyone, I cannot explain my gratitude to the gentleman who walked me through it all and has literally saved my business from shutting down!

SCAM
SCAM, says it the police, that your N.I number has been used in connection with criminal activity. Then a Says press 1 or else.

received call, no message left therefore not important and number now blocked.
Fraud - Believe it to be fake Sky internet call.
