Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036346xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with fake wins, prize draws, lottery - euro millions etc. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Never give any information to this number as they are scammers trying to find out your private details like bank account numbers. I had one from the above number and the area code (01356) is Brechin in Angus, Scotland. Any # starting 0135, hang up on them
Rude ppi people. They hang up and try again with different agents. I just give them a lot of shit until they hang up. I try to be as graphic and outrageous as possible with my insults just to make them hate their jobs.
