After long silence asked to speak to a Mr cunningham, told her wrong number & she demanded to know who I was (I've had my number for over 6 yrs) politely told her to go away & she became rude, so unpolitely told her to go away & she started making threats....

Fraud. Automated number claiming to be from HMRC. Telling you you have a fraud case against you. Total rubbish. Don't answer or respond.
Scammers. Say from BT with Router Internet problem. Do not answer or respond
SCAM - recorded message claims your National Insurance number has been involved in fraud/illegal activity and says you must press 1 immediately to speak to an advisor. A quick Google search found lots of examples of this as a phishing message.

Had a call from 01202315616 - recorded message kicked in - suspicious - started talking about Amazon and charging £39 for something. Tried to call the number back no joy
