An Indian? accented woman called claiming to be from BFI (something like Business Financial Information) who had my first name. Wouldn't answer my question when I asked how "BFI" got my details, nor would she acknowledge my request for my data to be removed. Even before GDPR this was something businesses had to accept, very dodgy business!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363008xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, accident claims, boiler schemes, insurance marketing, "you win a voucher.." - wide scope :), pure telemarketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
