SCAM / SPAM Recorded phone call to my father about renewing Amazon Prime. He doesn't even have a computer, let alone Amazon Prime.

Foreign sounding lady telling me she represented Sky and wanted to refund money over charged by Virgin Media for my phone bill. Lovely idea but I suspect it a scam to get my bank details.

call my mobile every couple of hours - no messae left. If I try to call back - number not known - very angry!
rang me but I didn't answer. I have answering service but they left no message, seems to be from Birmingham area.
this is a scam call, vishing for accident details. When I questioned the caller (as I work in Insurance), he put the phone down on me.
Car phone warehouse apparently called from India though.
