This is a dangerous new type of scam using a mixture of voice clips and synthesised voice at their end of the line. It does not respond too well yet if your answers aren't expected - such as asking the machine to run under a bus and then the driver could claim for an accident with them! All the same, it sounds more credible than a foreign call centre type of caller

I was advised by no less the Microsoft when I had a call from a scammer claiming to be from them to do just that and likely they will give up trying to call you. Can only live in hopes!!
