SCAM said that they where Citizens advice bureau * when I said they would not ring out the blue & you're a scam the Indian man screamed I'M NOT A SCAM! WTF Don't answer

This number called me on 31-5-2018 and did not leave a message. I always find that a bit suspicious. No idea how they got my mobile number.
