She then said she was transferring me to someone else to hand over personal details. I laughed at her & put the phone down. She rang back immediately after to which I ignored the call. They appear to have changed tactics - they now phone claiming that I m due compensation because of illness on holiday in the past 3 years. This hasn t happened and I asked them how they got hold of my number - they said from my holiday company, which is strange because I always put a no against any desire to share information with a 3rd party. When I said I was inTPS and would sue them if they called again, they said l couldnt do that...hilarious. when I asked for their name they hung up. Avoid.
