Missed call

I missed the call phoned it back and strangely I got no ring tone just a tune very weird!!

Only rings once, never enough time to pick up.

Asked for my Mum, who died 3 years ago. No apology when I mentioned this and they just continued with the call. I asked what the call was about and they went silent so I hung up.

I get a call at least twice a week and I m sure it s the same company as well but I ve never had ppi claim thing, but when you call the number back it says something about claiming a delayed holiday fight. I ve not been on holiday for over 11 years. I ve repeatedly asked for my number to be taken off the system. But when I ask for the company s name or to speak to the manager, they hand the phone up. I received a recorded message claiming to be from HMRC & that I should not ignore. As this is now the 3rd number they have used I called back & told them this was a scam. They then said I shouldn t use language like that as HMRC could have me arrested, or something similar!!

Called our TPS registered line. Started talking before we had even managed to say "Good afternoon". Demanded to speak to "The owner of the business". When asked who we were speaking to said "UK Distributors". Were told we did not wish to speak to them and we hung up. They immediately rang back demanding to know why we had hung up on them; told them to get stuffed.

They call from this number twice a day under the guise of different company names - Direct Utilities, Business Utilities, Select Utilities, Regional Utilities. They are clearly dumb, because when requested to remove our details from their records and stop calling, they say OK and then don t do it, despite being told the we only have a mailing box address and therefore have no need for utilities. Go back to school, children!

Call to my landline at 1315 on 17 May 2019. When answering a recorded message allegedly from TalkTalk told me my broadband internet connection would be terminated today unless I called their number. I did not respond and terminated the call.

Don t bother next time. Reports on other sites suggest it s a lottery ticket scam.

Answered and they hung up, blocking the number.
