Scammer. Caller claimed they were from Microsoft and that they needed to fix computer as it was sending critical error messages. Not even logged into any machine, so a load of nonsense. Told them they were talking nonsense and only trying to spam/scam people. Needless to say they quickly hung up. Caller possibly overseas and routing to a UK number.

Fraud - pretended to be from Nationwide to flag fraudulent activity, rang the bank back who confirmed that nothing had been flagged on my account and no calls had been made from the bank to me.
Rang today claiming to be from the British Gas metering team. I asked them to prove it by providing my account number. Gave me a string of numbers - not my account number. Foreign accent.

Safe number - This was WarmZilla customer care after I purchased a boiler with them. It was asking for photos ready for my install and if I had any questions.
