Received a text asking me to phone this number with a ref number. I checked on line is is a debt collectors number. I do not owe any debt so I'm sure they are trying it on.

SCAM Caller claimed to be calling me from O2. I asked 'what's my name'- because if a company for whom you are a customer calls you, they already know your name. Caller could not answer question, which gives away that they are not O2, and they hung up because they knew I had exposed them as fraudsters. Number blocked.
Loft insulation scam. They try to frighten you by saying your old insulation is causing condensation. It's absolute nonsense
