I answered but there was silence for quite a while then an automated machine told me they were sorry they missed me and will try again. I rang the number and again automated machine told me the ext. I was trying to get was busy and that their answering machine was full and they couldn’t leave a message.????? YEAH RIGHT!,,,,,

Automated call with message saying it was to do with tax offices and to press one, so hung up. If it was important and for me personally they would phone directly in person and even then I wouldn't trust them as its too insecure a method. Tax office posts normally.
